1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and hashed password. Usage data (API calls, character counts, timestamps) is logged for billing and analytics. We do not store the audio files generated through our API beyond the delivery window.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Vrex TTS service
- Process payments and manage billing
- Send transactional emails (invoices, security alerts)
- Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- Generate aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
3. Voice Data
If you upload voice samples for cloning, they are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to build your custom voice model. You may delete your voice data at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes both the samples and the derived model.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking) to understand how the service is used. No third-party advertising trackers are present.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with payment processors (PayPal, SePay) to complete transactions and with infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymized usage metrics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. API keys are hashed before storage.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
