Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vrex TTS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vrex TTS is an AI-powered text-to-speech platform that provides voice synthesis, voice cloning, and related APIs. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate speech that impersonates real individuals without consent
• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models
• Resell API access without a written agreement

Free tier users receive a one-time character allocation. Paid plans are billed monthly or per top-up. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio generated from it. Vrex TTS retains ownership of the Service, its models, and all related intellectual property. Voice models created from your uploaded samples belong to you and are deleted upon request.

API access is governed by rate limits and usage quotas defined by your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse. API keys are confidential — sharing them publicly voids any liability on our part.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrex TTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with 30 days notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
